Terms and Conditions

Welcome to GreenMop Studio. These terms outline the rules, regulations, and expectations for utilizing our eco-friendly cleaning services. By booking a service with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Service Scope & Eco-Cleaning Commitment

GreenMop Studio provides residential and commercial cleaning services using exclusively non-toxic, pet-safe, and environmentally conscious products. The scope of each cleaning (e.g., standard, deep, or office cleaning) is defined during the booking process.

While our team strives to remove all stains and buildup, certain pre-existing damages, set-in stains, or structural issues may not be fully resolvable through standard eco-friendly cleaning methods. We will communicate any such limitations to you promptly.

2. Booking, Scheduling & Access

All service requests must be confirmed by GreenMop Studio. Upon confirmation, we reserve a specific date and time window for your cleaning. Please ensure that our team has safe, unimpeded access to the property at the scheduled time.

If our team cannot access the property within 30 minutes of the scheduled arrival time (due to a missing key, incorrect entry code, or locked access), a lockout fee may apply, and the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

3. Payments, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Payments are due upon completion of the service unless you are enrolled in a pre-approved recurring commercial plan. We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods. Prices are subject to change, but existing bookings will be honored at the agreed-upon rate.

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a late-cancellation fee equivalent to a percentage of the total service cost.

4. Safety, Liability & Pets

Our eco-friendly products are chosen specifically for their safety around families and pets. However, to ensure an efficient and uninterrupted cleaning process, we request that aggressive or highly anxious pets be safely secured during our visit.

GreenMop Studio is fully insured. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged by our team during a cleaning session, please notify us within 24 hours so we can promptly address and resolve the issue. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, improperly secured items, or normal wear and tear.
